Overview. This store is run by Nilavu, Prince Rupert, British Columbia, Canada. By buying from us you agree to these terms.
Our products. Every piece is 3D-printed in resin and finished by hand after you order. Small differences in colour and texture from the photos are normal and are not defects.
Prices and payment. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are paid in full at checkout. If a listing has an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Cancellations. You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund. After that, printing has started and the order can’t be cancelled.
Shipping. Pieces are made in 7–10 days, then shipped tracked with Canada Post. Delivery times are estimates. Import duties and taxes in your country are paid by you.
Returns and damage. See our Return and refund policy.
Lamp safety. Indoor use only. Use the supplied cord and bulb or an equivalent rated bulb, keep the lamp away from water, and don’t leave it on unattended for long periods. Keep resin out of direct sunlight to prevent yellowing.
Designs. All Nilavu designs, sculpts, photos and text belong to Nilavu and may not be copied or resold. For custom orders, you confirm you have the right to use any reference images you send.
Liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits your consumer rights.
Law. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada.
