Refund policy

Every Nilavu piece is printed to order in Prince Rupert, BC.
Cancellations: you can cancel within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund. After that, printing has started and the order can’t be cancelled.
Returns: you can return an undamaged piece within 14 days of delivery. The return shipping is paid by you, and the piece must be packed safely in its original box. Your refund is issued once it arrives back with us.
Arrived broken? Photograph the box and the piece within 48 hours of delivery and email nilavulight@gmail.com. A replacement is printed and shipped free, and you don’t need to send the broken piece back.
Custom orders and The Moongate are made just for you and can’t be returned, but they are still replaced free if they arrive broken.
